A modification inspection was initiated and concluded on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 by the inspectors in person at the facility. The licensing manager assisted the inspectors throughout the inspection. The inspectors completed observations of the physical plant and equipment, and completed measurements of the two new classrooms for the increase capacity request at this facility. There were no children present in the classrooms spaces for this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
