Clarification provided regarding the Center's 2 year license and the current probationary status.
Discussed with staff the suggestion of removing all staples off bulletin boards that are accessible to children in care.

An unannounced Focused Inspection was conducted this date. The purpose of this inspection was to evaluate the corrective actions from the violations found during the August 2021 and January 2022 inspections. Observation of the Infant, Beginners and Prek 2 classrooms were made. Staff interviews conducted and a review of staff trainings, staff qualifications and center observations was made. Records and documented trainings were well organized and complete. The classrooms were maintained and programming was supported with artwork and projects such as painting of letters, geometric shapes cut out of construction paper and spring seed cycles. A review of all allergy needs, authorizations for emergency medications and allergy postings was found complete. Staff interviewed in each class regarding which children had allergy needs.
