Comments:
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:16am. The head teacher was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 15 children and 4 direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of the inspection. Children were observed having active play on the outdoor playground. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Description: Based on interview conducted and information received, it was determined that no staff have completed Medication Administration Training (MAT). Evidence: The MAT certification(s) were requested by the inspector for review and not submitted by the licensee. The program has a child enrolled that has an emergency medication on-site.
