An initial inspection was Initiated and concluded on March 9th. This is a new facility so there were not any children in care during the inspection. All sections of the standards could not be observed today because there are not any children in care. Therefore, once a license is issued and within 60 days of receipt an unannounced monitoring inspection will be conducted at which time all areas of standards will be determined.
During the initial inspection all areas of standards were discussed and reviewed with the owners/program director, the entire physical plant inside and outside was viewed, and each classroom was measured. This facility is a two-story facility. Therefore, a stipulation stating that only children 3 years and up will be permitted on the second floor.
