This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3-21-22 and concluded on 3-22-22. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 0 children present as this site is currently not open. The inspector reviewed compliance with staff records.
