A monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2022 approximately 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. There were 114 children present directly supervised by 32 staff. The children were observed in circle time, individual play, outdoor play, art activities, resting, eating snack.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.
Observation of all classrooms conducted. Classrooms were found well maintained, provided ample equipment, toys, art supplies and books, all within reach of the children in care. This allowed the children to freely access the supplies with independence.
Medications on site were reviewed. All topical ointments reviewed and authorizations found complete. A total of 8 children's records and 23 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
