*The DOE website had previously announced that any staff who had taken the required annual update training in 2020 or 2021 were not required to take the training until January 2023. The website now states that training must be completed annually, prior to the date on the certificate for the last training. Staff may have expired certificates due to this communication. Staff should complete the annual training as soon as possible.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 3/24/2022 and concluded on same. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
