An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/15/2022 and concluded on 3/21/2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 03/10/2022 regarding allegations in the area of staff to child ratio requirements, procedures for emergencies, termination policies, and behavioral guidance.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation supports part of the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. There was also a violation found during the inspection regarding over the counter skin products. See the violation notice for more details. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector at (540) 430-0384.
