Technical Assistance:
Discussed new regulations for orientation, CPR and First Aid, Allergy list dated, allergy action plan, background checks and posting inspection notices( supplemental page needs not to be posted).

Recommend to review Code ? 22.1-289.058. Child day programs -Each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program
that is licensed that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 03/16/2022 and concluded on 03/17/2022. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 23 children present and 4 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
