An investigation was initiated on 2/18/22 and concluded on 3/18/22. A complaint was received by the department on 2/18/22 regarding an injury to a child in care. The allegation was investigated jointly with the local agency. An on-site inspection was conducted on 3/3/22 and interviews with staff were completed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
