An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/13/2022. There were 14 children present, with 4 staff assigned to their direct supervision. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, and emergencies. A total of 4 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-245-H Description: Based on a review of administrative documents, it was determined that one required training policy has not been created.
Evidence:
Management staff have not created an Abusive Head Trauma Prevention Plan to implement and train staff.Plan of Correction: The plan will either be created or received from the SACC office.
