Technical Assistance:
Discussed the importance of recording the arrival of children as soon as possible to maintain the attendance record updated.

Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/12/2022 from the hours of approximately 9:30 am through 11:00 am. There were 48 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Based on observation, a written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions was not kept confidential
Evidence:
1) The inspector observed a copy of the center's list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions on top of a counter in the Froggy's room. The list was not covered.

Plan of Correction: Email all staff details of allergy list regulation to ensure compliance going forward. Speak w/Froggy team to review further.
