An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on April 12, 2022 for in regarding special care provisions and emergencies and programs. Based on staff interviews, a review of documentation and inspection of the facility, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
