Unannounced inspections were conducted on 2/7/22, 3/18/22, 4/13/22 and 4/21/22 in response to a complaint that was called in to the licensing office about care and supervision of children in care. Based on staff interviews and a review of documents, a preponderance of evidence was not found to substantiate the allegations. A violation notice will not be issued.
