Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on April 21, 2022 from 10:20 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were sixty-four children in the care of twelve staff. Five children's and three staff records were reviewed and updated. Three children's medications accompanying authorization forms and administration logs were viewed/reviewed. Posted information (license, licensing inspection documentation, emergency evacuation diagram/plan, emergency telephone numbers, snack menu and classroom schedules) and available documents (emergency evacuation drill & shelter-in-place records, attendance logs, infant daily records, one local agency inspection report and injury report forms) were observed/reviewed. The daily schedules accurately reflected the activities and snack provided. Activities observed included: indoor play; outdoor play; diapering, restroom and handwashing procedures; lunch; stories; naptime; and infant care. Staff/child interactions were observed to be positive and supportive of children's growth and development. The facility was observed to be clean and supplied with a variety of age/stage appropriate learning and play materials/toys. Substantial compliance continues to be maintained with the licensing standards; no standards violations were cited during this inspection.
