A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/26/22 from 9:30am to 11:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the supplemental health and safety inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
