An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on April 20, 2022 beginning at 10:58 AM and ending at 12:53 PM. There were 76 children in the care of 10 staff during the inspection. The children were observed eating lunch which consisted of fish sticks, green beans, mac-n-cheese, apples, and milk. Seven children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There was one medication reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The new playground equipment and resilient surfacing was inspected and no safety hazards were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 4/15/2022. The most recent shelter in-place drill was documented as 2/2/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/22/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/17/2022.
