Outside infant buggy must not be used until replacement straps are installed.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 1:00pm. There were 52 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating settling down for nap. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on observation, not all hazardous substances shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
An unlocked closet with a key in the door knob was observed to contain chemical spray cleaners. The room was not occupied with children at the time of inspection.
