Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including an on-site inspection and remote record review.

An monitoring inspection was completed on April 19, 2022. There were 18 children present, ranging in age from three years through five years, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staff qualifications and training,staffing and supervision, programming, medications, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records, 2 complete staff records and 3 updated staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
