Children were observed interacting with staff, during free play, music and movement, and diapering/hand washing. A sample of 3 children's records and 1 staff record were reviewed. There have been no injuries. Director reported that there are no medications being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.
