Technical Assistance:
Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Leesburg, Virginia. Any observed standards found to be out of compliance would be cited in a violation notice issued at that time.

Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 2:50pm and 3:45pm. There were 2 rooms observed with a total of 31 children with 3 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving from school, using their school laptops for various activities, playing in the gym and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were found during today?s inspection.
