Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:00pm-3:55pm. There were 26 children (school-age) directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site. Children were observed participating in a group activity and playing outside. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The program was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
