Emailed program Director the link to new CDC standards and information regarding new policies and procedures for emergencies, prevention of head trauma and continuity of care.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 4:05pm-5:15pm. There were 39 children (school-age) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, working on crafts and playing outside. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Evacuation drills were not documented for February 2022 and April 2022.
