An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 7:15 a.m. on May 12, 2022. There were 21 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 11 years old under the care and supervision of 4 staff. Children were observed at arrival time, participating in a variety of activities that including building Legos, playing a card game with staff, drawing and other self-directed activities. Materials and supplies were observed.
Four children's records and four staff records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed. A complete first aid kit, a battery operated flashlight and radio were present. There is no medication on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
