Recommend for the center review over the requirements for transition children early to another classroom, review staff records to include hire date, job positon, education and verification of age, and infant classrooms crib have fitted sheets.
Discussed with the center to research information about the teething necklaces, the temperature in the building can not exceed 80 degrees if the temperature does exceed a fan or another option for cooling the facility will need to be available and the outside equipment needs to have caution tape if unable to use.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 03, 2022. At the time of entrance there were 32 children and 7 staff members present with children. The sample size consisted of 3 children's and 3 staff records. Children were observed participating in singing activities, coloring activity and freely playing and infant tummy time. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. The results of the inspection and the violations cited were reviewed and verified with the center director.
