A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 0/0/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:45pm and ended at 2:45pm There were 10 staff with 43 children in the center at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed hand washing, toileting, eating snack and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and evacuation drills were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
