Technical Assistance:
Discussed Proof of ID requirement and Allergy record keeping requirement. Vendor was given blank drill sheet to keep all emergency drills on one piece of paper.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 11:00- 12:00. There were two children present with the vendor for a total of 4 points. The Vendor has attendance sheets and files for the children. The children were coloring and playing together. The Vendor was also given the information about annual training update and that it needs to be completed by March, 2020. Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the vendor did not complete the 16 hours in annual training.
Evidence:
1. Vendor stated she has attended workshops and training but is an hour short of 16 hours.

2. Records show Vendor has 15 hours completed.

Plan of Correction: I am signed up and scheduled for another training next Thursday.
