8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/24/2022. There were 36 children, ages 7 months-5 years, 9 staff members providing direct supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in morning snack, free choice activities, learning time and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
