Discussed requirements for a carbon monoxide detector, children records and the facility being repainted. The License inspector and owner will set a time to inspect the outdoor playground and provide consultation on fall zones and depth of resilient surfacing.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 24, 2022. At the time of entrance there were 9 children and 2 staff members present with children. The sample size consisted of 2 children's records and 2 staff records. Children were observed eating lunch and preparing for nap. The inperson inspection began at approximately 11:45am and ended at approximately 12:49 pm. Areas
