An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 4:15pm to 5:15pm. There were 41 children (school-age) directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Staff files are reviewed annually at the administrative office through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services. Children were observed participating in group play, coloring, playing board games and playing on the playground. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The program was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
