Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 31, 2022. There were 30 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, evacuation log, attendance log, menu's, medication and authorizations and procedures were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A
Description: Based on observation, the center failed to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.

Evidence:
The fire inspection report was not available during the inspection.

Plan of Correction: We will forward a copy of the fire inspection report as soon as we receive it.
