A complaint investigation regarding injury prevention was conducted on 6/2/2022. The Inspector reviewed injury documentation and interviewed all applicable staff on this day.
After careful review of all available information, this complaint was deemed not valid.
Ongoing compliance with the Minimum Standards is the responsibility of the licensee.
