An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:30 a.m. with the director. There were 96 children in care ranging in age 4 months through 11 years old under the care and supervision of 14 staff. Infants were observed napping and being fed. Toddlers, two year olds, three year olds and preschoolers were observed during rest time. School agers had early release from school and were observed during an arts and crafts activity, painting. Classrooms, supplies and materials were observed. Documentation was reviewed including seven children's records and six staff records. Three medications and authorizations were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
