A initial inspection was initiated on June 7, 2022 and concluded on June 8, 2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, daily activities, medication, special care/emergencies and nutrition. Two staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
