Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/2/22 from 9:50am to 10:55am with the Lead Teacher. There were 10 children in care, ranging in age from three-years to five-years-old, supervised by two staff. The children were observed having free play in centers. Three child records and five staff records were reviewed. All of the center staff have current certification in CPR and First Aid as well as trained in Daily Health Observation Training. There were no medications on site but the center has five staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 11/1/21. The most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 6/11/21.
