A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 3, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 9:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. On this date, there were thirteen children, in the care of four staff. Records of five children and four staff were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
