A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 01/2022 at the site and on 5/27 at the main office to review records. There were 16 children present with three staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
