Technical Assistance:
Discussed new standards, diapering area, closure of doors and allergy lists.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 10, 2022. At the time of entrance there were 26 children and 5 staff members present with children. The sample size consisted of 3 children's records and 3 staff records. Children were observed singing songs, participating in story time, and children playing outside. The inperson inspection began at approximately 10:00 am and ended at approximately 11:31 am. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-330-B
Description: Based on observation , the licensee did not ensure where playground equipment was there was appropriate amount of resilent surfacing.

Evidence: The resilent surfacing around the playground equipment was not 6 inches in depth. The resilent surfacing in the fall zones in 5 diffenrent areas the measurment taken were 3 inches in depth .
