Discussed sleeping arrangements for infants and toddlers. There is a new training that is required by March 2020.

AN inspection was conducted today from 1230-145. The Vendor does not have children present but has two children enrolled. The Vendor has supplies and home was inspected. Emergency supplies were available for review and the Vendor has recorded emergency drills. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. The Vendor has two files for children she says she watches. She said she does not have a daily attendance taken for the children.Plan of Correction: I will take it for them but only thought it was for kids on machine.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B Description: Based on record review of children's info maintained, it was determined the vendor was missing the following information:
1. Child 1 was missing parent's name and phone number.
2. Child #2 did not have an emergency contact name and phone number.Plan of Correction: I will get the information written down on the paperwork.
