An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on June 6 and June 8, 2022. There were 12 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on record review, the center did not complete repeat background checks every five years.
Evidence: Staff 2 has a central registry background check which was last conducted on June 1, 2017.Plan of Correction: A repeat CPS check will be sent out for the provider on Monday, June 13, 2022.
Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-2 Description: Based on record review and interview, all staff did not submit to fingerprinting.
