A Subsidy and Health inspection was conducted today 6/6/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are noted on the violation notice.
Forty six children present with seven staff. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed.
