Fans or other cooling systems shall be used when the temperature of inside areas occupied by children exceeds 80 F.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 06/01/2022 from 12:15 pm - 1:10 pm regarding an allegation that one classroom was too warm and lacked sufficient cooling devices on 05/31/2022.
Based on the information gathered, which included staff interviews, a review of the physical plant and a review of written records this complaint is found to be not valid. No violations were found during this complaint investigation.
