An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted this date. Staff Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in the Two's classroom in response to a complaint alleging supervision and guidance, care and protection. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Please email me at Karen.dickens@doe.virginia.gov with any questions or clarifications.
