An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 4:15 p.m. and ending at 5:40 p.m. with the director. There were 27 children in care ages ranging from 5 to 11 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed after snack, having outdoor play, and during pick up at the end of the day. Five children's records, two staff records and two medications were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
