Technical assistance was offered related to: Supervision of children while using the bathroom.

A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/22/22. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of physical plant, nutrition, children's illnesses and staff interactions with children. 7 staff members were interviewed related to allegations. Observations of the physical plant including the outdoor playground, bathrooms, kitchen and classrooms were made. The center's sick policy was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is not valid.
