A monitoring inspection was initiated on June 10th and concluded on June 24, 2022. The site director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 67 children present ages infant through five years old with 12 staff. The inspector emailed the site director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed four children?s records and nine new staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
