A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 28, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 10:10 am through 12:10 pm. Upon arrival, there were 63 children ranging in ages from 16 months through 51 with 12 staff supervising. Five children records and six staff records were reviewed and updated.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
