Making note of when Central Registry Checks are mailed out was recommended to the provider, as was using the CCAPS system when completing future Central Registry Checks and Renewal Applications.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/8/2022 between the hours of approximately 9:00am and 12:00pm. There were a total of 72 children with 17 staff members present. Children were observed engaging in outdoor play, individual stations, and group activities. Staff were observed engaging with the children, completing face-to-name checks, and diapering. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
