An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 7/12/2022 from 9:35am-10:35am. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint regarding forbidden actions, supervision, care of children, preventing the spread of diseases, and background checks. Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
