A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 07/11/2022 between approximately 10:05 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. There were 6 classrooms observed with a total of 42 children with 6 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed completing a math activity, playing with blocks, napping, playing on the playground and other organized activities. Positive interactions between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
